Capabilities
We handle the mechanical design, the electrical design, the controls and the installation in-house. You get one contract, one drawing set and one team on site — not four suppliers pointing at each other.

How we deliver
Most quotes for a packing line are a price and a flat 2D sketch. We start by walking the floor and redrawing the product's route — because that is where the money is. A shorter route means less steel, fewer motors, less maintenance for the next ten years.
We measure the plant, map the product route and return a 3D layout with the options costed against each other.
Mechanical, electrical and controls design signed off with your engineering team before a single part is cut.
Built in our partner plants under our own drawings and inspection, then factory-tested before shipping.
Mechanical install, commissioning, operator and maintenance training, then warranty support with spares held in Europe.
Typical total: 7–9 months from signature to production. Retrofits inside a running plant are scheduled around your shutdown windows.
Selected project — confectionery
Saved against the competing offers on the same brief, by redesigning the product route instead of quoting the one we were given.
A confectionery plant in southern Poland was expanding to meet volumes already committed to its retail customers. The offers on the table routed product the long way around the building — one of them doubled the conveyor length, another came in close to €465,000.
We surveyed the site, lifted the product to a second-level platform and ran a direct distribution line into the weighers and baggers, including a retractable section to satisfy the fire-wall requirement between halls.

Warehouse systems
A warehouse is won or lost on the layout. We measure the hall, study the aisle widths against the truck you intend to run, and come back with a drawing that states how many pallet positions you actually get — before anyone quotes steel.
Rack zones, aisle widths, cross aisles and free operating zones drawn to scale, with the pallet-position count and the assumptions written on the drawing.
Selective adjustable-beam racking as standard, drive-in and shuttle lanes where the product allows it, up to 13 m top beam level.
Very narrow aisle turret trucks, man-up or man-down, wire or rail guided, plus autonomous forklifts for the pallet moves that do not need a driver.
Location management, FIFO and FEFO rules, scanner-confirmed moves and a fleet manager that assigns the task to the truck that is closest and charged.

Sectors
Food manufacturing sets the hardest rules: washdown, allergen segregation, gentle handling, seasonal peaks. Lines that survive that environment tend to be over-specified everywhere else.
Company
TASSHEN is an automation integrator based in Poland. We design in Europe, manufacture through vetted partner plants in Asia under our own drawings and inspection, and install with our own people. That is why our lines land between the cheap local quote and the two-million-złoty import — with the engineering of the second one.
