Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data TASSHEN collects through tasshen.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is TASSHEN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16965294, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Because we offer our services to organisations in the European Union, we process personal data under both the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Our representative in the European Union for the purposes of Article 27 GDPR is TASSHEN Sp. z o.o., ul. Straganiarska 20-22/35, 80-837 Gdańsk, Poland (KRS 0001232033). You may address them in Polish or English on any matter relating to this notice.

We do not ask for and do not want special categories of personal data. Please do not include them in your messages.
3. The TRASA line planner
TRASA runs entirely in your browser. The layout you draw is not sent to us and is not stored on any server unless you choose to send it through the form or save the file and email it to us yourself. If you do send it, it is treated exactly like any other enquiry above.
4. Who else sees your data
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only to the extent required:
- our website hosting and email providers;
- our accountants and, where a contract exists, our auditors;
- our engineering partners and equipment manufacturers, where your enquiry cannot be answered without them — and then only the technical information required;
- public authorities, where the law obliges us.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
As controller we are established in the United Kingdom. The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for the United Kingdom, so transfers from the EEA to us do not require additional safeguards.
Where a project involves manufacturing partners outside the EEA and the UK, any transfer of your data is made under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and is limited to what the technical work requires.
6. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict how we use it; provide it in a portable format; or object to processing based on our legitimate interest — including profiling. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting what we did before.
Write to office@tasshen.com. We answer within one month.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), or the authority where you live or work.
7. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by automated means and we do not profile you.
8. Changes
If we change this notice we will update the version and date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.

Ponieważ oferujemy usługi podmiotom w Unii Europejskiej, dane osobowe przetwarzamy zgodnie z brytyjskim RODO oraz Rozporządzeniem (UE) 2016/679 (RODO).

Nie prosimy o szczególne kategorie danych osobowych i ich nie potrzebujemy. Prosimy nie umieszczać ich w wiadomościach.
3. Planer linii TRASA
TRASA działa w całości w przeglądarce. Rysowany układ nie jest do nas wysyłany ani zapisywany na żadnym serwerze, chyba że zdecydują się Państwo przesłać go formularzem albo zapisać plik i wysłać nam go samodzielnie. W takim wypadku traktujemy go jak każde inne zapytanie opisane wyżej.
4. Komu udostępniamy dane
Dane osobowe udostępniamy wyłącznie dostawcom niezbędnym do prowadzenia działalności i tylko w koniecznym zakresie:
- dostawcom hostingu i poczty elektronicznej;
- biuru rachunkowemu, a przy zawartej umowie — audytorom;
- partnerom inżynieryjnym i producentom urządzeń, jeżeli bez nich nie da się odpowiedzieć na zapytanie — i wtedy wyłącznie w zakresie informacji technicznych;
- organom publicznym, gdy wymaga tego prawo.
Nie sprzedajemy danych osobowych i nie udostępniamy ich na potrzeby cudzego marketingu.
5. Przekazywanie poza EOG
Jako administrator mamy siedzibę w Wielkiej Brytanii. Komisja Europejska wydała wobec Wielkiej Brytanii decyzję o adekwatności, więc przekazywanie danych z EOG do nas nie wymaga dodatkowych zabezpieczeń.
Jeżeli projekt angażuje partnerów produkcyjnych spoza EOG i Wielkiej Brytanii, przekazanie danych następuje na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych zatwierdzonych przez Komisję Europejską i ogranicza się do zakresu niezbędnego do prac technicznych.
6. Państwa prawa
W każdej chwili mogą Państwo żądać: kopii swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia w ustrukturyzowanym formacie, a także wnieść sprzeciw wobec przetwarzania opartego na naszym prawnie uzasadnionym interesie. Jeżeli podstawą jest zgoda, można ją wycofać w każdej chwili — bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem wcześniejszych działań.

Mogą Państwo także wnieść skargę do organu nadzorczego — w Polsce do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl), w Wielkiej Brytanii do Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), albo do organu właściwego dla miejsca zamieszkania lub pracy.
7. Decyzje automatyczne
Nie podejmujemy wobec Państwa decyzji w sposób zautomatyzowany i nie stosujemy profilowania.
8. Zmiany
W razie zmian zaktualizujemy wersję i datę na górze strony. O zmianach istotnych poinformujemy na tej stronie przed ich wejściem w życie.
